My work is an extension of my love of life, color, textures, nature, plants, and art. I am constantly making things, whether it be art, everyday things I can use, or items to brighten the lives of others. I believe in quality over quantity, and surrounding yourself with things that really add to your happiness, rather than a multitude of things that don't. I like to make things by hand, with less computer manipulation, and more attention to detail and uniqueness. I love the personal nature of hand made items. I care about the environment, eat natural and organic food, and reduce, reuse, and recycle when possible. I believe in celebrating life, taking care of ourselves, and safeguarding our future. I believe in the joy we can get from going back to the basics, and surrounding ourselves (and our loved ones) with quality things made by talented artists and artisans.
