payment

I accept payment via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to order; you can click on the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account click here" box once you have checked out. PayPal will take your credit card information and process the payment.

u.s. orders

I ship domestic orders twice weekly.

international orders

I love shipping my items all over the world! International orders are filled and shipped once a week. Customs, duties, and other applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the high rate of package theft, I do not usually ship to Italy.

returns/exchanges

Because of the individual nature of handmade items, some may have slight differences. That’s one of the things I love about handmade! However, if you want to return an item, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it, and I will send you an email with instructions. All returns must be in original, unused condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
